This tasty plate of Soft Shell Crab is fried to a light crisp and has a moist and juicy interior. Trust me you’ll definitely go “Mmmm..” when u take the first bite! I know I did. ♥‿♥ What’s special about this dish is that it is cooked with Wasabi Mayo Sauce. The fragrance of the sauce very much complements the soft shell crab. Fruits such as dragon fruits, cucumbers, and oranges are mixed as a side dish too.
