Started off in 1995, this humble little stall served uncountable customers. Even those who went to work elsewhere must eat this Bak Kut Teh whenever they return to Kuching, even if it’s only for a while. I believe that most of you are also loyal customers to their Bak Kut Teh.
The secret in preparing the Bak Kut Teh is precise control of the time and the use of fresh ingredients. Only the best ingredients can bring out the best fragrance of the soup.
As you step into the kopitiam, you will notice nearly everyone is having Bak Kut Teh and at the same time your nose will be struck with the fragrance of the soup. And if you think that this is one of those Bak Kut Teh stalls that gives their customer very little portions, you’re definitely wrong. Oh! By the way, you can ask them to refill the soup with no extra charges.
You can choose to have the portion of 1 person to 5 people to fit the needs of your companion. You can also choose from fragrant white rice or scallion rice. We do highly recommend the scallion rice. Other than that, we also recommend that you try their chili if you’re a fan of spicyyy~~ Mix a little chili, garlic, and soy sauce and dip your meat into the mixture… Heavenly!!
