Job Requirement:



  • At least 5 years of working experience in related field is required for this position

  • Good knowledge on food cost and menu planning

  • Have relevant experiences in Korean & western cuisine highly desirable

  • Prior experience as sous chef in hotels or equivalent will be the minimum requirement

  • Able to work during public holiday if required

  • Must possess at least Professional Certificate In Culinary or F&B related fields

  • Immediate vacancy


Job Description:



  • To take the lead in kitchen operations and management on Korean & Western cuisine

  • Help to create new recipes and menu

  • Ability to produce high quality plating with both design and taste

  • Must practice high level of hygiene standards

  • Organize and train each section kitchen staff in providing consistent in food presentation and taste

  • Order of raw materials/foods & conduct supervision to achieve minimal wastage

  • Overlooking kitchen’s daily operations and functions

  • Check stocks daily
