Job Requirement:
- At least 5 years of working experience in related field is required for this position
- Good knowledge on food cost and menu planning
- Have relevant experiences in Korean & western cuisine highly desirable
- Prior experience as sous chef in hotels or equivalent will be the minimum requirement
- Able to work during public holiday if required
- Must possess at least Professional Certificate In Culinary or F&B related fields

Job Description:
- To take the lead in kitchen operations and management on Korean & Western cuisine
- Help to create new recipes and menu
- Ability to produce high quality plating with both design and taste
- Must practice high level of hygiene standards
- Organize and train each section kitchen staff in providing consistent in food presentation and taste
- Order of raw materials/foods & conduct supervision to achieve minimal wastage
- Overlooking kitchen’s daily operations and functions
- Check stocks daily
