Filled with a variety of meats, a 「Mixed Grill」 is a buffet of grilled goodies that excites everyone’s taste buds. This tasty plate consists of Grilled Sirloin, Lamb, Chicken & Sausage served with their self-made Mushroom and Black Pepper Sauce and mixed vegetable & potato as the sides. It’s a perfect serving for 2 - 4 people. (っ˘ڡ˘ς)

 

 

Salmon Steaks have been the darling of western seafood. For Salmon lovers, you’ll definitely enjoy this plate of delectable 「Salmon Steak」. This tantalising dish is paired with potatoes and their self-made Lemon Butter sauce. Simply irresistible! (づ￣ ³￣)づ

 

 

Who doesn’t love squids cooked in a thick, spicy, and savoury sauce? The fresh squids are usually marinated in their self-made sambal for a day. I confirm this bowl of delicious and appetizing 「Sambal Sotong」 will give you that good spicy kick la… (─‿‿─)

 

 

If you’re a spicy eater, then this bowl of 「Fish Umai」 is perfect for you. It is a Melanau dish and is famous across all ethnics in Sarawak. Few types of fish can be used to prepare Umai, such as the Ikan Merah (Red Snapper) or Ikan Siakap (Barramundi). These raw fish are dipped in vinegar to get rid of the fishy smell and are mixed together with cili padi. You will feel SYIOK la when you take the first bite. ಠ⌣ಠ

 

 

A trio of seafood splendor! This plate of 「Seafood Aglio Olio」 is cooked with succulent prawns, juicy mussels, fresh squids and fish. The perfect amount of parmesan cheese and chili flakes will give you that oodle of goodness! ~(˘▾˘~)
