Mmm, the humble beef noodle. The ever so flavorful broth, topped with succulent chunks of beef cuts over a generous bowl of noodles. It's enough to make you salivate. If there’s one place in Kuching you need to get your beef noodles fix, it's definitely Nuromen Cafe.

Located at Jalan Chan Chin Ann, Nuromen serves no pork and all their beef are imported from Australia & New Zealand with HALAL certification. Nuromen specializes in Kuching-style beef noodles (Sarawak Kolo Mee) with recipes and cooking methods that dates all the way back to the 1980s. From what started as a traditional "grandmother's recipe" has now grown to be one of the most favorited beef noodles in Kuching. Besides beef noodles, Nuromen also serves umami beef hotpots and hearty rice bowls.

Pictured here is the Beef Noodles Special. We highly recommend you to try this dish as the garlic noodles is so aromatic and lip-smacking that you would wanna order another bowl! As for the beef soup, it contains several types of juicy and tender beef cuts. Another recommended dish would be the All-In Beef Rice Bowl with Ssäm Sauce, which consists of sauteed sliced beef, minced beef, salted veg, and topped w/ Ssäm sauce and one onsen egg. Take one mouthful and you will feel a variety of flavors bursting in your mouth! What’s more, for hotpot lovers, we recommend you the Nuromen Sirloin Hotpot Platter which consists of fresh sirloin slices, tripe, stewed beef, and assorted vegetables.
