The first thing you’ll see when at LIANG Sandwich Bar is perhaps a life-sized poster of celebrity Jay Chou with a sandwich in his hand.

Recently opened its new outlet at The Spring Shopping Mall, these Jay Chou endorsed “sandwiches” consist of a variety of ingredients served between crispy yet fluffy scallion pancakes. The “sandwiches” have a perfect balance of flavors and textures, as well as a mouthwatering aroma of scallion oil. What’s good about LIANG Sandwich Bar is that it uses premium grade flour and non-GMO soybean oil as its main ingredients.  

Its speciality is the LIANG Chicken Sandwich, which is billed as “Jay Chou's favorite”. Smoked chicken breast, shredded lettuce, egg crepe and a choice of the special LIANG sauce are wrapped in a crispy and fluffy scallion pancake.
