[Pullman Kuching Chef Matan Lok-Lok Buffet Dinner!] @ Puzzle Restaurant

Attention lok-lok/buffet lovers! Starting from July until September 2019 (every Friday & Saturday night, 6.30pm-10pm), Pullman Kuching is offering diners ‘Chef Matan’s Lok-Lok Buffet Dinner’ at Puzzle Restaurant. Priced at RM88+ per adult and RM44+ per child (aged 5-12 years old), diners can enjoy a variety of dishes from the salad & appetizer bar, soup section, and the lok-lok bar on ice which consists of fresh lok-lok meat, seafood and vegetables. There are 2 types of lok-lok soup available (tom-yam & chicken stock) and an array of dipping sauces to choose from. 

 

 

Besides lok-lok, diners can also enjoy main course dishes from the buffet spread such as ‘Wok Fried Shredded Beef w/ Dry Chili & Soy Bean Sprout’, ‘Sauteed Chicken w/ Pineapple & Sweet Sour Sauce’, ‘Yong Chow Fried Rice’, etc. There is a noodle stall available too which serves mee jawa and different types of pizza served under heating lamp which diners can choose from. 

 

 

As for desserts, there are plenty to choose from such as assorted french pastries, assorted malay kuihs, fruits, ice kacang & condiments, ice cream & condiments, etc.
