But if you prefer American or Chinese cuisine, then head to Stall 19 & 20 “Dot Chimian x Dot American Doughnut” for their American-style doughnut, Szechuan Spicy Dumpling, Szechuan Spicy Pork Brain, Szechuan Spicy Noodle, and more. By combining American and Chinese cuisines, it really brings people together. 

 

 

Now let us introduce you to Stall 19 & 20’s American-style doughnuts which are famous in Australia. The doughnuts are square shaped and are coated with crystal sugar or cinnamon sugar and filled with strawberry puree, dark chocolate, and cinnamon chocolate. They blend their own strawberries into puree so you will taste a mixture of sweet and sour when you take a bite. The doughnuts are very soft when served so it is best eaten when hot. Pretty sure you will be satisfied 3000!

 

 

We also recommend their Szechuan Spicy Dumpling. Their aromatic Szechuan sauce is their signature item so you have to try their Szechuan dishes! The dumplings are topped with a ladle full of Szechuan sauce which makes the dish aromatic. Taste-wise, very umami and spicy. But we’re pretty sure you can handle the spiciness ‘cos surprisingly we could. Also, if you wanna try something exotic, then go for their Szechuan Spicy Pork Brain. They are the first one to sell pig brains in Kuching so make sure you go try it!

All of their food items in the menu are not more than RM10 so it’s definitely worth it to try their food ‘cos it’s just that delicious.
