Coffee Shop Floor Manager

Job Summary:

Floor Manager is responsible for business performance of the coffee shop, including staffing duties and customer service duties 

Job Requirement:

• Able to communicate in Malay, English, and Chinese.


• Prior working experience in F&B is highly desirable.


• Able to lead the team.


• Able to work in shift, weekend, and public holidays.

Job Scope:

• Placing advertisements and interviewing prospective workers.


• Managing employee requires training and communicating coffee shop policies to the worker, scheduling shifts and etc.


• Taking complaints and greeting customers, and offer advice about menu.


• Ensure coffee shop complies with local health and safety codes.


• Maintains high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety.


• Perform administrative duties for the facility , check stock levels, order supplies and prepare cash drawers and petty cash.


• Analyze and plan sales level and profitability.


• Organize marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes.


• Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week including staff control, food control and sales.


• Coordinate the operation of coffee shop.

Training will be provided and salary is negotiable.
