Kuching NEW Restaurant! San Pin Guo Steamboat~
This whole new restaurant could not picked a better time to open for business because it is the best time to enjoy a steaming pot of steamboat for dinner during this cold weather!
This NEW steamboat restaurant is located at SOHO (shoplots opposite Vivacity Megamall) and they are offering you the best and the freshest ingredients along with their deliciously cooked soup base~
They have many different soup base to choose from, and the one we would recommend is the Pumpkin Milk Base and the Spicy Soup Base. The pumpkin milk base itself may look heavy, but it actually tastes very light. The meat slices cooked with this soup base will have an extra milky taste which is very appetizing.
And speaking of appetizing, the spicy soup base is so spicy that it will force your appetite open! If you feel that the soup is not spicy enough, you could request to increase the spiciness to your preference~
The ingredients are all prepared fresh, and this can be clearly seen from the freshness of the seafood. You could order the seafoods on it’s own, or you can order the Seafood Platter which consists of many different seafoods such as Mussels, Clams, Prawns, and many more!
Or you could order their signature platter, the SanPinGuo with different satisfying seafoods including a crab, beef, and pork slices. If I were to use one single word to describe this Signature Platter, it would be 'satisfaction'!
While you’re here, be sure not to miss their homemade Prawn Meat Paste, Mackerel Fish Paste, and their homemade fishballs~~
The price of the foods are above average, but I assure you they are worth every penny. With this level of freshness of ingredients and the ambience of the environment. This is a highly recommended place to go if you’re craving for steamboat…
