The boss there used to go to Penang a lot, and fell in love with the food there, especially this Belacan Fried Chicken! So she brought this holiao back for all of you to eat lah~ ╰(*´︶`*)╯In keeping with the authentic Penang taste, the Belacan is brought from Penang yoh! The chicken is fried till crispy on the outside, and tender and juicy on the inside~ Plus the salty fragrant taste of Belacan, 1 is definitely not enough!

 

Why does it taste so good? They say the chicken was marinated for ONE DAY! ♡ (￣﹁￣) Other than Belacan Chicken Wings, they also have Belacan Chicken Thigh! The meat is on skewers, which is super juicy~
