The fried chicken cutlet is not only crispy, but the additional seasoning on the skin makes it more flavorful. And, the chicken meat is tender enough till the last bite. 

 

 

The Fried Chessy Chicken that we had was smothered in a rich, aromatic cheese sauce. One bite, and you will taste a plethora of flavors bursting in your mouth! So milky and umami! Besides the Fried Chessy Chicken, we highly recommend the Salted Egg Yolk Chicken too. Every bite is a flawless balance of salty, crunchy skin and juicy, tender chicken.
