【Kuching Delicious Treasures】Authentic West Malaysian Yong Tau Hu!!

With over 20 different types of Yong Tau Hu ingredients, tons of flavours, and choices to choose from, this NEW West Malaysia Yong Tau Hu at Premier Food Court Tabuan Tranquility will surprise your tastebuds!

 

 

If you remember, we previously wrote about a West Malaysia Yong Tau Hu stall located at Expert Food Court, RH Plaza. The one that we would like to recommend you today is the same stall operator. Which means, you can enjoy their delicious Yong Tau Hu at 2 different places.

 

 

The stall operator himself is from West Malaysia and has been cultivating his skills in the culinary field for the past 7 to 8 years~~~! Most importantly, the amount of the fresh Mackerel fish meat blend Yong Tau Hu added is super generous. AND… each piece sells for only RM1!

 

 

All of the ingredients are handmade fresh on a daily basis to ensure that the best is served to the customers. You can choose to have the Small where you can choose 4 ingredients and the Large where you can choose 6 different food ingredients. Any additional food ingredients will be charged RM1 accordingly.

 

 

They have 3 different types of Yong Tau Hu for you to choose from: Soup, Dry, and Sweet Sauce.

 

 

The soup used for the Soup Yong Tau Hu is cooked for 3 hours straight to ensure all the best flavours is locked within the soup base.

 

 

But the dry version is the one that I would really recommend you try. Especially the Yong Tau Hu with Dry Kueh Tiaw. Top notched!

 

 

For all of you fans of spicy foods, you’ll definitely appreciate their Sambal. The stall operator spend a lot of efforts and included such as big chili, chili peppers, sambal, and garlic to maximize the flavours. You could enjoy the sambal by dipping the Yong Tau Hu into it, or you can pour the sambal into the bowl~

 

 

If you ask me where to find delicious Yong Tau Hu in Kuching, I’ll definitely recommend this one.
