This famous Green Noodle is operated by a cheerful and friendly owner that’s been around for 17 years! The stall owner started all the way back since 2000! If you haven’t tried the noodles before, you’ve missed out 17 years of delicious green noodles in your life.

Non-veggie lovers at this point may be frowning. But after bringing a non-veggie lover along with me to try out the noodles, I can assure you that you’ll definitely fall in love with the noodles!

The green noodles is handmade from flour and spinach where you’ll notice obvious green coloured small flecks on the noodles. Worry not my dear foodies. The noodles are made fresh daily without adding even one tiny bit of artificial colouring and MSG! I already told you is ‘healthy’ noodles liaw lo~~~

The texture of the noodles is very springy and smooth~~

The springy noodles makes the perfect match with their tender and juicy Chicken Char Sio. He used to slice the Char Sio into slices, but now it is served as chunks of meats. My opinion? Still delicious la!

The Char Sio is still as amazing as ever, and if you go for the big bowl, you’ll get even more Char Sio and more noodles. If you have a big appetite, this is the perfect match both for your breakfast and lunch!

Their Char Sio Green Noodles is the most popular options for the customers. But if you’re a fan of beef and lamb, you seriously need to try out their Beef Noodles and Lamb Stew Noodles.

Unfortunately when I was there with my colleagues to take picture of the foods the other day during lunch, the Beef was already sold out. (╥﹏╥)

But nonetheless, as a lamb lover such as myself. The bowl of Lamb Stew Noodles is just as rewarding as the beef. The Lamb Stew Noodles comes with a big bowl of soup and noodles topped with chunks of tender and juicy lamb meats. The smell of the fragrance produced by the soup as it is delivered to your table alone is enough to make you instantly want to dig in!!!

Other than Char Sio Noodles, Beef Noodles, and Lamb Stew Noodles, the stall also have Ginger Duck Noodle and Vinegar Pork Leg Noodle… and I’ll leave it to you to find out whether they are just as delicious…

Stall’s Operating Hours: 7am to 2pm Daily
