Do you remember last year’s Matcha and Cheese Tart by Eggtart Workshop? They’re back this year with a new treat: Custard Cream Puff! Just look at it and you know it’s going to be just as popular as last year’s~
There are three main layers to this Cream Puff. There is a crunchy butter biscuit on the outside and a crispy charcoal inner skin. Then the custard on the inside is thick and super fragrant, and just the right amount of sweet. Overall, the texture is soft, and it’s like biting into a cloud!

Where is the stall? This year, they are Stall 249. It’s at the baackk of the food fair, almost to the end of the line. Make sure you take the walk there, because it is definitely worth it! They only make 300 a day so you better hurry!
