Come and try their rich and creamy mushroom soup that is not one bit of stingy. Large slices of fresh mushroom coupled with minced black fungus that adds extra crunchy textures to the soup.

 

From the special menu, try out their Monkey Chop – grilled pork chop served with peanut butter, pierced with a skewer of the top selling bacon wrapped banana and fries seasoned with specially made seasoning as sides.

 

Try out also their over 200g handmade pork burger patty that is intentionally left to rest a few days to achieve a more tender meat. The Pork Burger is served with mushroom gravy and mashed potato, topped with a specially fried sunny side up bacon egg. The bacon hits the pan first followed by the egg, allowing the egg to absorb all the juice and essence of the bacon.

 

Some other must try items are the Spaghetti Carbonara and 3Pigs which are all time favourite of the regular customers. The sides of each dish are customizable, and to quote the owner cum chef, Mr Walter “menu should be just a guideline, if I can do it and if I have the ingredient, then no problem”.

 

Mr Walter started his cooking career as early as 15 years old as an apprentice at Austria, earned his Junior Cook title. At the age of 19, he had started working at multiple restaurants and hotels at Austria, Switzerland, Iraq, Germany, Bermuda Island, Bahamas, Langkawi, and many more before he settles down in Kuching and opened this restaurant and started serving many satisfied regular customers.
