Have you figure out where to countdown tomorrow? What about a place with great beer and superb food? Sounds appealing right? Then head over to Juniper! Juniper is a Bar and Western Fusion Restaurant with ambient and lively environment.

First up is the Pork Aglio Olio. Garlic, bacon, mushroom, and other ingredients are fried to produce the aroma and then fried together with the spaghetti and topped with fresh herbs. The herbs are so fresh that you yourself can see them planted around the restaurant. The fresh herbs is a wonder in adding that extra layer of fragrance to the spaghetti.

 

 

You can also find Braised Lamb Shank here at Juniper. The lamb is so soft that it can be cut through easily and it almost melts in your mouth.

 

 

Other than Lamb Shank, you can also find delicious Salmon Fried Rice here at Juniper. The fried rice contains some of the ingredients you would normally find in any other fried rice, except the diced salmon. The fried rice is then topped with fried egg and with some coleslaw as sides.

 

 

One thing that must go along with beer is the BBQ 3 Layer Pork. After a deep marination, the BBQ Pork is absolutely spot on, the meat is so tender and juicy that you can easily finish them and go for a second serving.

 

 

Chicken Fingers is also one of the best companion for great beer. The chicken stick is also marinated for a while and only then deep fried until golden brown. Crispy exterior and tender and juicy meat… mmmm...hmmm! Delicious!!
