If you’re a salmon lover, do go for the Thai Jai Salmon Sashimi which is in the ‘Appetiser’ category of the menu. The wild salmon is topped with green pea sprouts and finished with Chef’s special sauce. For the main course, we highly recommend the Thai Pesto Snowfish. Very satisfying as you bite into the meaty fish. For the pasta series, do try the Salmon Butterfly Pea Fettuccine. A unique dish, the al dente pasta is served with Norwegian Wild Salmon. As for beverages, we recommend this unusual drink, Thai Exotic Tom Yum. We’re certain that this drink will broaden your taste buds. P.S. It contains bird’s eye chilli. No, we’re not joking.
